Sustainable impact

In all we do, we work seeks to impact in and beyond the communities in which we directly work. Through PCVO can contribute to deeper and sustainable impact by analyzing the underlying causes of vulnerability and drivers of change at all levels, promotes the empowerment of women and , and youth , to transform unequal power relations and address gender inequality, including gender-based violence. This will help to PCVO to identify the most impactful level and path of action in line with its vision and expertise through: • Consultation occurs during the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation processes and eEnsure social sector entities, CSOs, NGOs engagement • Organize public consultation to bring voices of men, women and vulnerable group and build gender awareness and positive attitude towards gender and social inclusion within internal management structures • Take into account local community needs, including those from marginalized groups (e.g. women, youth, ethnic minorities, etc.) within the implementation plans. Also, integrate opportunities for promoting their involvement and employment within the plans, as well as develop corresponding criteria to encourage and ensure their active involvement and inclusion • Consider women and men training needs and skills demand for conflict resolution, peace building and livelihood opportunities for effective integration. Promote women roles in leadership • Involve local community members, including those from marginalized groups (e.g. women, youth, ethnic minorities, etc.), in the livelihood opportunities for income generation and SME initiatives. • Assess the existing gaps and opportunities for income generation and strengthen linkages to for livelihood opportunities and local development plans for pro poor inclusive and gender responsive action Build local community capacity for and improved monitoring, and evaluation • Develop mechanisms for reporting, monitoring Develop and maintain projects reporting protocols, both narrative and financial, and ensure accurate and prompt reporting to all concern.
