PCVO plays three roles for impacting on peace building , climate changes   and social injustice in our efforts to achieve lasting impact at scale and promote inclusive development. Working with communities and, we use effective models and approaches to support the most marginalized communities to overcome climate change, livelihood, social injustice and humanitarian crises. Increasing resilience. In a context of increased unpredictability from climate change, disasters and conflict, PCVO will  strengthens poor people’s capacity to mitigate  and adapt to shocks, manage growing risks. The Program Strategy also outlines three areas where PCVO proposes to achieve, and measure its collective outcomes, as part of our work with partners to support  about 4 million people from the most vulnerable and excluded communities to overcome poverty and social injustice
